At GSBF Julia Greely & Pope Francis Eco-Green School, education goes beyond the classroom. Through innovative programs and community initiatives, we nurture not only students’ academic growth but also their ecological awareness, spiritual life, and family engagement. These initiatives create lasting impact in Douala and build strong connections between students, parents, and the wider community.
Educational Capsules
The “Educational Capsule” is a series of practical and creative activities designed to help students apply classroom learning to real-life situations. It strengthens their critical thinking and encourages collaboration between peers.
Eco-Education
As Cameroon’s first Catholic eco-green school, GSBF integrates environmental responsibility into every part of school life. Eco-education empowers students to become guardians of Creation, inspired by the Laudato Si’ vision.
Spiritual and Ethical Content
ooted in Catholic spirituality, GSBF offers programs that blend faith and education. Children learn not only knowledge and skills but also how to live their faith through love, respect, and responsibility.
Parent Academy on Air
The Parent Academy “On Air” equips parents with the tools to support their children’s growth. Through training sessions, workshops, and online modules, parents become active partners in the educational journey.
